History

In 1955, Valentin Allaert began working with aluminium constructions, after having spent three years working with steel, copper and bronze for windows, doors and gates.

His father, Maurice Allaert, was an award-winning architect, who, among other things, designed churches. In 1980, Serge Allaert took over the company from his father Valentin.

Today, the next generation is ready to take the lead, with Catharina Allaert stepping in. She represents the seventh consecutive generation in building and construction and the third generation at Allaert Aluminium.
